Uptown Bucks User Agreement Version 1.1

By using the Uptown Bucks account, you agree to the terms in the user agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Plan Description
•Funding (deposits of monies) into your Uptown Bucks account will automatically
make the account ready to be used to make purchases at all Uptown Bucks participating businesses.
•Only you can make purchases for you and your guests at any participating Uptown Bucks locations. Merchants are responsible for collecting applicable sales taxes.

Enrollment
•By depositing money to your Uptown Bucks account you are activating your
enrollment and accepting the terms and conditions of the program.

Cancellation
•You can cancel participation by simply using the remaining balance in your account. If your account is inactive for more than six months, it will be deactivated without refund.

Funding/Deposit
•Deposits/additions of money into your Uptown Bucks account may be made via telephone at 740-594-2273 or on-line at http://www.UptownBucks.com with a credit card or by electronic funds transfer.
•Deposits/additions of money into your Uptown Bucks account can also be made by check or money order by mailing to Uptown Bucks, 44 East Park Place, Oxford, OH 45056.

Usage of Plan
•All purchases made with your Uptown Bucks account require your signature.
•Uptown Bucks account fund balances are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Restrictions
•Alcohol cannot be purchased with your Uptown Bucks account..
•Your Uptown Bucks account cannot be used by others.

Transaction Disputes with Merchants
•Any and all disputes you may have with a merchant regarding a Uptown Bucks
purchase must be addressed by you directly with the merchant within two weeks
from the date of your purchase dispute. For easier and faster resolution, provide
the merchant with the original receipt. Merchants are required to respond to your
complaint within five (5) business days.

Lost or Stolen Cards
•Report your lost or stolen ID to: http://www.UptownBucks.com or 740-594-2273.

Account Statements
•You may view your account statement online by visiting http://www.UptownBucks.com.

Changes to the User Agreement
•This user agreement is subject to change.
